End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Point2Point Consulting Inc. ("Company," "We," or "Us"), governing your use of the Eazylii mobile application, website, and associated services (collectively, the "App"). By accessing, downloading, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose of listing, renting, swapping household items and promoting services, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority as per your respective jurisdiction to use the App.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

  • Post false, misleading, objectionable or offensive content.

  • Indulge in any abusive act or behavior with Eazylii users or Owners.

  • Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

  • Circumvent or interfere with the App’s security features.

3. Platform Use

Eazylii acts solely as a platform to connect users for renting, swapping, and promoting items or services. The Company:

• Does not own or control the items or services listed by users.

• Is not responsible for verifying the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings.

• Is not a party to any transaction between users and shall not be liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions or interactions.

4. User Content

By posting content on the App, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the App. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post.

5. Fees and Payments

The App may offer paid features, subscription plans, or commission-based services. Users are responsible for all fees incurred, including taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and the Company does not store payment information.

6. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

• Users are responsible for conducting due diligence before engaging in transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• Any disputes or losses resulting from transactions between users.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

8. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement or other applicable policies.

9. Privacy

The Company collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the rules of Ontario Business Corporations Act (OBCA) and the Ontario's Not-for-profit Corporation Act (ONCA) .

12. Changes to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
