Welcome to Eazylii, a platform that enables users to list items for rent, swap items, and promote their services. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and be bounded by set End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you ("User" or "You") and Point2Point Consulting Inc. ("Company," "We," or "Us"),

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, accessing or using Eazylii (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms or EULA , you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately

2. Platform Overview

Eazylii is a marketplace platform designed to connect users who wish to rent, swap, or promote their services. Eazylii solely facilitates communication between users and does not:

• Act as an agent, broker, or intermediary    in transactions.

• Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of items or services listed on the Platform.

• Verify the accuracy of information  provided by users.

3. User Responsibilities

• Due Diligence

Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before entering into any transaction or agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying the authenticity, condition, and suitability of listed items or services, and ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are adhered to.

• Payment and Transactions

Eazylii is not involved in the processing of payments or financial transactions. Users are responsible for negotiating terms, including payment and delivery, directly with each other.

• Disputes

Eazylii will not mediate or resolve disputes between users. Any disagreements or claims must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

4. Content Guidelines

Users are responsible for any content they submit through the application. Content must not violate any applicable laws or infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Platform Role

Eazylii is a platform provider only. We do not own, control, or manage the items or services listed by users.

• No Liability for Disputes or Losses

Eazylii shall not be held liable for any disputes, claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Transactions between users.

• Misuse of the Platform.

• Failure to deliver on any agreed terms.

• User-Induced Risks

Users acknowledge that engaging in transactions or interactions on the Platform is at their own risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• List illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items or services.

• Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes.

• Post false, misleading, objectionable or offensive content.

• Indulge in any abusive act or behavior with Eazylii users or Owners.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Eazylii reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts found in violation of these Terms.

7. Account Management

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must notify Eazylii immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

8. Termination

Eazylii reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Eazylii harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform, including any disputes with other users.

10. Changes to Terms

Eazylii may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
